Når vi brygger vores porseøl, drager personalet i sensommeren på sin årlige udflugt til Nationalpark Thy for at plukke blade af den vildtvoksende plante. Det er bitterstoffer fra porsen, kombineret med humle, der frembringer en uhyre interessant og kompleks øl. Medlem i Ale-serien, hvor også Brown Ale, Black Ale og Exclusive indgår.
