A straw colored German style ale balanced neatly with malt and hops. The CBK has a light malty aroma with hints of noble hops. The taste has a soft, rounded feel with the malt and hops complimenting each other while enhancing the qualities of the beer. The Kölsch is aged slightly longer than other Ales and fermented colder giving it a crisp, clean, dry lager-like finish. Perfect for summer but non threatening during the fall and winter.
