En mörk öl med inslag av rökighet och tjära (jämför med rökig whisky). Ölet är känt som "Rauchbier" i Tyskland. Perfekt till korven och skinkan efter att fiskenäten lagts ut. Tjänar på att lagras i sitt fat. Fem maltsorter används: rökt malt, pilsnermalt, ljus och mörk karamellmalt samt rostad malt.
