Seems like Auer Packaging doesn't like small customers

On the 20th of October I got a good quotation from Auer Packaging about their F13 crates. We then ordered some of them. When the proforma invoice came in we realized that we made a mistake, the invoice included the shipping which we didn't need. I send Auer Packaging an e-mail and told them that I'm sorry and asked for an invoice without shipping. On the 27th of October I heard back from Auer that they have sold all their F13 and that there is no new production date in sight. On the 6th of November they told me that they will come back to me on the 9th of October with a new production date. Monday the 9th passed by and I got no new production date. On the 12th of November I asked again but it still didn't get an answer. As we need this crates I rang them on the 18th of November, complaining about what's happening. I was told that I was already talking to the key accountant of the company and that this will be the only person solving this issue. Wow...

From my point of view this is somehow not good enough. I rely on them and without good communication I, as a customer, are somewhere alone in the dark. If there is no yes or no from the company selling the goods I don't know what to do. As there is no intention in selling I have to check another company.

UPDATE: After days of complaining we now received a new offer for another crate type for the same price.

UPDATE 2: We decided to stay with the original crates and wait for the production date
