David Holmes, Head Brewer of the Shepherd Neame, is talking about how to brew a Real Ale. In under 5 minutes he explains, barley, hops, yeast and the brewing process. This man is fast and astonishingly he coverse many things!

The video was taken at the Great British Beer Festival in 2009. There will be a a Great British Beer Festival in 2010 as well.
