The german weekle newspaper Die Zeit published an article in their online version about the German brewery Lammsbräu. Lammsbräu is well known for producing organic (bio) beverages only. Their beers and lemonades are available at the Basic bio supermarkets and other organic supermarkets.

Die Zeit is writing about the risks the brewery had years ago when they produced organic beers before there was a big boom behind it, as well as their situtation at the moment.

When I was walking through a basic bio supermarket I saw a bio beer standing there. It was perfectly clear that this will sooner or later come. The beer is brewed by the "Waldecker LandBier" brewery. They are offering a "Dunkel", "Helles" and a wheat beer. The brewery is located in Twistetal-Elleringhausen, in the near of Kassel (Germany)

The first bio beer in Germany was brewed by Lammsbräu, a brewery which also offer a gluten free beer for people suffering from celiac or having wheat or gluten intolerance. They have a huge variety of bio beers.Check them out!
