Gushing – Influencing factors and countermeasures

Since beer has been bottled, gushing has been a recurring phenomenon. From time to time and many times unexpectedly breweries are faced with the problem of gushing in bottled beer. For the breweries occurrence of gushing in their beer and not being able to find a solution represents a cause of major concern.
