Influence of malt on the brewhouse process and the quality of wort and beer
The quality of the malt is one of the most important criteria for the beer production. This is mirrored again in millennium old proverbs like "good malt brews good beer" or "the malt is the soul of the beer".
In this work the malt quality and its influence on the brewhouse process, on the wort
quality and on the following beer quality will be shown.
