Modern refrigeration systems in the brewery
During beer production there are some parts you have to produce coldness; for example at wort cooling, at fermentation and at storage. Former the brewers had to store ice blocks in ice cellars to have coldness during the summer. To get these Iow temperatures today the breweries use refrigeration plants. These plants work with refrigerants and cooling agents to cool down.
