One-tank fermentation
In the year 1968, for fermentation the first CCT was recommended(1). Through CCT's
is it possible to get out yeast and trub at every time. Now the fermentation and
maturation in one tank is possible. In the first glance the one-tank systems saver
through the using of only one tank and cheaper, because hosing and cleaning of one
tank must not be made. So many persons have written about this System (2).
