The quality in reviews

I'm writing beer reviews since a long time. What I want know from you is how the quality of a review could be determined. Just giving a 10 stars might not be enough, even if Bayesin algorithms can do a lot.

I'm looking into determining the quality of a review from the professional perspective since some years. "It tastes like tart" isn't enough. We need more criterias.

I have seen many different beer tasting sheets. I'm wondering if you guys have some pictures for me from example from DLG, Camra, etc.

clihasi, there are many "schems" and most work great.
nick, the Bayesian probability is very good. Haven't used it on my own yet.
