Hot break removal
I'll start homebrewing soon and I'm thinking about hot break removal. As I didn't want yeast coting and resulting unpleasant taste I want to remove the hot break. I have 2x30l buckets.. Is there any easy way to get rid of the hot break?

You can stir with a pedal.
You can stir with a pedal. Try to stir slow and constant. Within seconds the hot break forms in the middle. You can also try to transfer from one vessel to another. The vessel you transfer has the inlet at about 4 cm of height. Once you have the right transfer speed the hot break will form. Hop that helps.
The pedal should work well.
The pedal should work well. You just have to check the speed. The slower the better the formation of the cone.
Sounds good. I'll have to try
Sounds good. I'll have to try the pedal. This sounds easy.
