Brewing a Berliner Weiße
I'm going to try to brew a Berliner Weiße in my 20 liter setup. I'm wondering when I have to bring the Lactobacilli in for fermentation. I guess I have to read a little bit more. Perhaps someone can point out the best point / temperature..
