Brewing a Baverian Dunkel
I'm looking into receiptes for Brewing a traditional Baverian Dunkel style beer. Dunkel means dark in colour, and most of the Dunkel type beers are a little bit higher in alkohol. I'm thinking about using a kind of liquid colour malt extract. What do you think?
