Bavarian Weizen

We use our own unique wheat beer yeast which is perfect for a crisp and easy drinking ale, our yeast gives a noticeable taste of fruit and citrus that gives a moorish taste. We recommend to mix in the yeast for a fuller and more complex flavor.
