BUTCH Extra Ale

Butch is a beer that really doesn’t neatly fit into a specific category. It falls between an American Ale and India Ale, but not quite like either. More importantly, this is plain and simple, a good beer. It has a wonderful American hop aroma and flavor - not too much, not too little, with just enough malt flavors to balance, and finishes medium-dry - great for quenching your thirst. Try it with curry, Thai cuisine, and peppery cheeses: Monterey & Pepper Jack, sharp; blue, cheddar, pungent; Gorgonzola, Limburger; poultry, fish, shellfish, salmon.
