Its main taste characteristic of caramel and coffee stemsfrom the use of dark malt varieties and roastedbarley. Bottom fermented yeast clears the taste and makes the beer highly drinkable and a perfect accompaniment to dark meat dishes, cigar smoking and chocolate based sweets.
