A Kölsch ale. Our Blonde Ale is light in color from brewing with only 2-row malt, but big on flavor from imported Noble Saaz and German Spalt hops. It is then fermented with a true yeast strain from Cologne, Germany where Kölsch ales have been brewed for centuries.
