A historic German ale! Caramel to brown in color with reddish highlights. Sweet and robust with delicate toasty aromas. Soft bready approach on the front, mild creaminess on the side palette, robust, and bitter finish with hints of smoke. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale, Pils, and Munich, plus Castle Black malt, Spalt hops and a German yeast strain.
