is a complex wheat beer with hints of banana and clove. It is lightly hopped with Tettnang hops, a spicey noble aroma variety. The delicate aromas come from the yeast strain which was imported directly from Bavaria. This is truly a perfect summer beer - unfiltered and pure enjoyment.
