Eliksir

Eliksir, a strong beer, having 16% of malt extract and 7.6 of volume alcohol percentage, is classified among beer fans who recognise it as “BOCK”. Bock beers are either pale or dark, having high alcohol and malt percentages. These beers are characterised by malt taste, low but aromatic bitterness and strong alcoholic character. They also incorporate creamy foam and low level of carbonisation (CO2). All the above mentioned characteristics pertaining to Eliksir classify it in the category of double BOCKs according to its malt and alcohol contents. Eliksir is amber, red-brown in colour with pleasant, mild and sweet smell. It is characterised by a wide range of tastes, from chocolate to fruity and aromatically bitter, properly served in glass produces creamy foam. Without being modest: richness in taste!
