Ettaler German Style Lager Ale

Our malt, hops and water were sent to Germany to be tested under 'The German Purity Law' and therefore this lager ale is unique to the Cotleigh brewing process. The ingredients were given the highest quality assurances and the yeast that is used is the Ettaler strain of lager yeast. This lager ale needs to be stored at a cold cellar temperature and is served through a standard hand pull on the bar.
