The Fitch Cask

The Fitch Cask is a very approachable pint and the lightest of our year-round brews. Imported Pils malt and a blend of lightly roasted grains provide a fresh malt flavor and the hops provide spicy flavors and a mild citrus note. The yeast strain we chose for this ale contributes light fruitiness and a clean and refreshing finish. The Fitch Cask won a Silver medal at the 2010 U.S. Open Beer Championship in the Blonde / Golden Ale Category.
