Hollywood Beach Blonde

Styled after Bohemian Pilss first brewed in the 1840s, Hollywood Beach Blonde, brewed with Bohemian malts and Czech hops, has a smooth, malty, yet sweet flavor. We used a bit more malt to increase complexity, balance the flavor, and add intensity. Lager beers of this sort are harder to produce since they take longer and are very delicate. You can not hide any imperfections. This is a fresh, well balanced beer that is suitable for most occasions and will find a home with nearly any lover of finely crafted beers.
