MIDNIGHT SPECIAL

Just in time for winter break and late night toasts, we released our newest seasonal brew - Midnight Special - a strong Scottish-style ale with hand-roasted special malts to add rich color and flavor. And while we're fond of ageing our beers in wine barrels, this time we put the barrel in the beer! Sacrificial staves of Sauvignon Blanc barrels imparted fire-toasted oak flavors for 12 days, and a nitrogen push finishes the pour with a creamy ivory head.
