Brown beer with light, evanescent brownish foam. Light perlage, and average level of carbonic saturation. Distinguishing characteristics: bittersweet flavor, caramel aroma and fragrance. Medium intense characteristics: full, bitter licorice flavor; aroma and fragrance of roasted malt, fruit (peach and passion fruit) and licorice. Weak characteristics: flavor of malt, fresh, acidulous taste (citric), bitter aftertaste of yeast, plus a hint of "medicinal", aroma and fragrance of fruit (sorb, banana, melon and apricot), flowers (violet), and spices (nutmeg and cloves) .
