Pro/Am Luminesce Trippel

A classic rendition of a Trippel-style Ale originally brewed by Trappist Monks in Belgium. We teamed up with Alan Atha, president of the Sonoma Beerocrats Homebrew Club, and brewed this award winning beer that he developed for this years submission to the Pro/Am Competition at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver Colorado. A pale colored and strong simple beer with many complex layers of flavor.
