A new recipe for 2011, our American Pale Ale. Maris otter and caragold malts showcasing Amarillo and Columbus all American hops. Bags of citrus fruits that finish spicy and bitter, with sweet malt and hints of biscuit and toffee to offset the hoppy assault on the taste buds.
