Shameless McDale

Shameless McDale? OK, while we are mostly of English and Welsh stock, at least one of the Dale brothers is married to a woman with clear Irish ancestry -- so there! In the spirit of early Spring, we have made this a "green" beer. Not green as in the Emerald Isle or FD&C Green No. 3 food coloring, but green as in using 100% Certified Organic Barley. The 2010 batches will have a pronounced malty chocolate finish but will still be light on hop bitterness. Slàinte!
