STINGER WILD HONEY WHEAT

We put 6 lbs of unmolested ambrosia honey per barrel into this American wheat ale. The honey adds a sweetness and raises the alcohol content slightly. We use Tettnang hops, and for a little extra kick it's spiced with coriander and chamomile.
