Strong Blonde

This is probably one of the most well balanced beers ive had in a while. The aroma is a strong citric hoppiness, complete with grapefruit citrus. It pours a yellowish orange mixture...fairly clear..some cloudiness and a nice white sheathing head. The flavor as i mentioned if very nice and well rounded. Citric and grapefruit hops pound the tastebuds upfront and lead into a subtle but sweetening malt aftertaste. Very dry malty aftertaste, yet lingering hop bitterness...definitely one of my favorite aftertastes. Nice mouthfeel, perfect carbonation level, fairly active in this beer. The contrast is just so nice here...plus the added alcohol is hidden well and adds a helluva kick to this gem...mmm
