Vernal Hefeweizen

A weizen brewed in traditional Bavarian style. With a relatively simple malt and hop bill, the yeast makes all the difference here, providing most of the flavor and aroma and flavor. with hints of banana, clove and stone fruit. The body is light and crisp, with a refreshing tartness.
