The brewery was founded by Leon and Hubert Buksowicz and Włodzimierz Parol. It was built at the site of a former spinning factory in Jabłonowo.
Today, Jabłonowo Brewery is a modern facility with a large brewhouse running 24 hours a day. Fermentation is done in 13 huge cylindroconical fermentors. Later on the beer gains smoother flavor and aroma in 24 conditioning tanks.
