This doppelbock busts out with mountainous malt flavor from Munich, melanoidin, crystal, chocolate malts, tiger blood and Adonis DNA. It’s lightly hopped with Czech Saaz just enough to balance the malt. The cool fermentation with our German lager yeast lets the clean malt flavors shine with rich chocolate and caramel.
