Tic Wit

Tic Wit is a Belgian style ale (Belgian Wit) that is unfiltered, with a high level of unmalted wheat. It is spiced with Indian coriander, orange and other citrus fruit peels. Tic has a wonderful crispness and a lively level of carbonation. This style of beer is often served with a lemon, but ask that it be served sans lemon so you can enjoy its untainted subtleties. Pair this beer with Asian or Middle Eastern dishes, savory and sweet, with cheeses that allow flavor without being overbearing (Emmentaler, Asiago), fresh goat cheese (Haystack Mountain Herbes de Provence Chèvre is our favorite), quiche, omelets, sausage, pesto, or crab cakes. This is a great breakfast beer.
