Excavator Dopple Bock

Named after our archeological dig and Bavarian tradition (any beer ending in -ator is a Dopple Bock style beer) this is a dark, full bodied beer with low bittering and aroma hops. It's high maltiness is due to the complex brewing process. What a way to start the festive season.
