Anja, Belgian Ale

The second beer in our Pro-Am series is an extremely refreshing and tasty Belgian Ale. This beer starts with an intriguing, complex bouquet of clove, banana, bubblegum and spicy esters. Soft, sweet flavors of doughy malt, vanilla and pear come in to balance the yeast notes. A nice, crisp bitterness from the German Saphir hops help to round out this well-balanced brew.
