Morgan Hill Centenni-Ale

This special beer was created to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the founding of the City of Morgan Hill on November 10, 1906. It was brewed in the ?California Common? style commonly brewed 100 years ago. We used the San Francisco Lager yeast fermented at 65? F (warm for lager yeast) and Cascade and Centennial varietal hops.
