The Alexander Cask

The Alexander Cask is a balanced and robust ale made in the English style. Deep malt flavors of caramel and lightly roasted grain are offset by earthy and floral hop flavor and a mild fruitiness from the yeast strain we chose for this beer. The Alexander Cask won a Bronze medal at the 2009 U.S. Open Beer Championship in the English-style IPA category.
