The Lytton Cask

The Lytton Cask is difficult to define. This Cask found its origins in one of our winter seasonal ales and was so well received we moved it into regular production. Roughly describable as the black-sheep child of a robust porter and a foreign extra stout, The Lytton Cask is a complex ale with an intriguing depth of flavor, but remains an easy drinking pint. The Lytton Cask won a Bronze medal at the 2010 U.S. Open Beer Championship in the Porter category.
