LADYFACE WEIZENBOCK

We celebrate Oktoberfest with Ladyface's newest ale, a German-style wheat beer that is dark and sultry, possessing chocolate & raisin tones, with notes of cloves & banana, and a dry finish. It is unfiltered and the large amount of wheat in the recipe lends a rich body, and gives it's appearance a characteristic cloudy haze. (A Cabernet barrel-aged version will be released on Friday, Jan. 28, 2011)
