Paystreak Hefeweizen

A prominently aromatic American Hefeweizen, bananas and cloves dominate the nose, while a hint of vanilla sits on the finish. The malt is inspired by German traditions and incorporates some modern malts and hops; fermented with traditional yeast and left unadulterated for a true fusion of tradition with the modern.
