Sink the Bismarck! from BrewDog on Vimeo. A 330ml bottle costs about 40 pound (~ 46 €). It's a beer probably mainly brewed for marketing purposes in order to gain the “strongest beer in the world” title. Beers with that much alcohol content can't be fermented with brewers yeast, as brewers yeast can't tolerated that much alcohol. The yeast would just die. That means that wine yeast is used. Sink the Bismarck is therefore not a beer anymore, even not an IPA. The exact definition in my opinion would be barley wine. But that’s just for the sake of definition…
