Hanöversch Lüttje Lage

For normal a Lüttje-beer is brewed top-fermented. Not the "Hanöversch Lüttje Lage", which is brewed bottom-fermented. In tradition the Lüttje Lage is served in a 0,1l-glass together with a 1cl booze and both glasses are drunk together at the same time. Its a special trick in holding the glasses.
